Anala Linckens

Counsellor & Psych-K® Practitioner

Individuals and couples.

Anala combines innovative rapid-change methods with the reflective depth of traditional counselling to support individuals and couples seeking meaningful and sustainable transformation. Whether navigating personal challenges, enhancing relationships, or fostering personal growth, her approach addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Rapid methods, such as belief-change techniques, help create immediate shifts by addressing subconscious barriers, while reflective counselling offers space for insight and integration, ensuring lasting impact. Anala’s approach is compassionate and adaptable, with great attention to detail and a focus on tangible outcomes. It is ideal for those who value collaboration, efficiency, and depth in their growth process. She tailors her methods to attune to your specific requirements, whether you are looking to shift limiting beliefs or gain a deeper understanding of personal patterns.

By emphasising what is ‘strong’ rather than ‘wrong,’ Anala helps you leverage your strengths to build resilience and create meaningful change.
